Re-opening Health and Safety Protocols

We are re-opening!

We are pleased to announce that on Monday, June 22nd we will start a slow rollout of re-opening Calvine Medical Aesthetics. Safety is our top priority during this time of COVID-19. We are strictly following best practices and guidelines set by the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) so you can be sure of your safety when you come in for a visit. Below you will find detailed information we want to make you aware of regarding safety, hours of operation, and any new updates:

DAYS & HOURS OF OPERATION (until further notice)

• Monday and Wednesday - 10:00 am to 5:00 pm
• Saturday - 11:00 am to 3:00 pm

We will adjust the days and hours as needed. Please continue to check on our website and social media for updates as California moves into Phase 4.

We ask that appointments be booked by calling our office and NOT online. If there is no answer, please leave a voicemail with your full name (spell if not a common name) and phone number (speak slowly and clearly) and we will respond as soon as possible.

SAFETY PROTOCOLS

Our providers and other staff will be wearing masks, gloves, and face shields as per CDC guidelines.

• We ask that you wear a mask of some sort that covers the nose and mouth. You will not be seen if not wearing a mask. We will NOT be providing a mask.
• If you have been ill within the last 2 weeks or are currently experiencing any symptoms, we ask that you do not come in.
• If you do not want to wear a mask or are concerned about being around others, we ask that you do not come in.
• No walk-ins will be seen, services will be by appointment only.
• We screen everyone for illness as they enter, including patients and the entire care team.
• Only two patients/clients will be allowed in the clinic at any given time. We ask that you call us from your car in our parking lot to be allowed in.
• Sanitization of regularly and commonly touched areas will be performed after every patient/client visit.
• Please avoid using our bathrooms as much as possible.
• We ask that you come dressed in clothing that is full leg length and arm length to avoid skin to material contact as much as possible.
